We will begin our day trip in Fez by visiting the Roman remains of Volubilis to see the remnants of the Roman Empire, and then we will go to Moulay Driss Zarhoun to see the tomb of Moulay Idris, the founder of Fez. Then go to Meknes, with its stunning view of the medina, ramparts, and lovely doors. Introduction: A full-day trip of Fez to the fourth imperial city, which is a must-see for its gorgeous big gates, great kasbahs, palaces, notably Dar El Kabira, where the royal family resides in Meknes, fortifications, and large gardens. On the same day, we will visit the famed archaeological site of Volubilis, which is 50 hectares in size and is the finest preserved and most visited in Morocco.You will be able to enjoy the magnificence of the Roman ruins: the Arc de Triomphe, the cathedral, and Caracalla’s capital.

Moulay Idris, founder of Fez, one of Morocco’s holiest towns. Continue to Meknes to tour the gorgeous medina and enjoy its wonderful doors and walls with massive doors originating from the seventeenth century, such as Berdane Bab and Bab Khemis. We continue our exploration of the royal stables and attics (HERI SOUANI).Stopping at Moulay Ismail’s tomb, which was for a long time the only mosque open to non-Muslims in Morocco, and then leaving by the famed Bab Mansour El gate on the wide Hedim plaza. The Moroccan art gallery “Dar Jamai” on the other side of the square sells a broad range of goods.
