DAY 1 : MARRAKECH > TRANSFERT TO THE HOTEL
Pick up from the airport at your planned arrival time and transfer to the Riad in Marrakech’s historical centre, just two minutes’ walk from the famous Jamaa El Fna square. The best choice during the day is to explore the medina on your own, making your way to the square, which comes alive in the evening with narrators, jugglers, and diviners. There are snake charmers, dancers, tooth extractors, and other similar occupations. For the night, I’m staying at the Riad.
DAY 2 : MARRAKECH > AIT BEN HADDOU > OUNILA VALLEY > OUARZAZATE
following breakfast Then travel across the High Atlas Mountains to Ouarzazate. We’ll travel through Tizi Ntichka on our trip. We’ll stop at scenic overlooks along the way to photograph the Berber villages and take in the breathtaking surroundings. After that, we’ll take a short drive to Telouat Kasbah. You will have free time after your tour to the kasbah to try some local food. In the afternoon, we’ll journey to Ait Ben Haddou’s Kasbah via the Ounila valley, passing through small Berber communities and families. After exploring the kasbah, we’ll go to Ouarzazate, well known as “The Gate of the Desert.” Dinner will be served at the hotel where we are staying for the night.
DAY 3 : OUARZAZATE > DRAA VALLEY > MERZOUGA DESERT
After breakfast, we’ll head to the Draa Valley to see one of Morocco’s longest rivers. We make photo stops along the route to observe the spectacular kasbahs and berber towns that dot the road, as well as the natural splendor of the Draa valley. We’ll stop in Alnif for lunch before driving two hours to the spectacular Merzouga dunes. You’ll stop for lunch in Midelt around halfway through the excursion. After a hard travel, take a hot shower or a plunge in the pool at the Kasbah in Merzouga. The Kasbah serves dinner. We sleep in camel-hair tents, similar to those used by nomad families, when we arrive at the camp. Dinner and a night beneath the stars in a berber tent.
DAY 4 : MERZOUGA > NOMAD FAMILIES > ERG CHEBBI DUNES
After viewing the sunrise and eating breakfast in the desert, we return to Merzouga on camels and continue our adventure. Then we’ll make our way around the Erg Chebbi, a large area of sandy desert where we’ll find Morocco’s Big Dune. The route then continues along the road that was originally used for the “Paris – Dakar” event and ends in the highlands bordering Algelria. We proceed on a road where we may view nomad villages and learn about their secrets and traditions, stopping in Tissardmin oasis, where we can still find fossil quarries. The next stop will be at a vantage point to take in the splendor of Erg Chebbi.We’ll next make our way to Khamilia Village, where we’ll have a relaxing cup of tea while listening to a concert of Gnawa spiritual music. Transfer to your accommodation and spend the afternoon exploring the town or viewing the sunset from the nearby dunes. Dinner and the night were spent in the hotel.
DAY 5 : MERZOUGA DESERT > RISSANI MARKET > ERFOUD FOSSIL’S > TODRA GORGES > DADES VALLEY
After breakfast, we will depart the desert for Rissani, where we will visit the market, and then on to Erfoud, where we will view the fossilized marble makers before travelling to the Touroug and Tinjdad palm plantations. An hour later, we’ll arrive in the Todra Gorges, one of the most beautiful places in the High Atlas. The river’s course sculpted out the cliff-sided canyon, which is well-known among climbers for its beauty and steep rock sides. Free time to enjoy lunch in this lovely setting. A short walk through the gorges is highly suggested to properly appreciate the magnificence of the terrain.In the afternoon, we’ll travel to the Dadès valley, also known as the fig valley, passing through Boumalne Dadés and stopping at the “monkey legs.” You’ll spend the night in the Dades Valley.
DAY 6 : DADES VALLEY > PALM GROVES OF SKOURA > HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAINS > MARRAKECH
After breakfast, we may enjoy one of the greatest views of the Dadès valley from a strategic overlook in the mountains, where we can see a plethora of kasbahs and their beautiful elements. Then we go a path that is dotted with additional tourist-oriented kasbahs. We’ll go to Ouarzazate via the Roses Valley and the huge Skoura palm grove, pausing at the Kasbah of Taourirt, the old palace of the Glaoui or Marrakech pasha. If you’re interested, we may also visit the cinema studios and the tue cinema museum. In the afternoon, we continue our drive back to Marrakech, going via Tizi Ntichka and pausing for photographs.We’ve now moved on from the moonscape to a more colorful setting. We’ll arrive in Marrakech and stay in a hotel for the night.
DAY 7 : SPEND A FULL DAY IN MARRAKECH.
A morning visit to the Medina of Marrakech with a native guide.
We’ll start by seeing the massive wall that surrounds the Medina, as well as the Koutoubia Minaret, which is a duplicate of the Giralda in Seville. Then we’ll visit the Saadines Tomb, Bahia Palace, Majorelle Gardens, and lastly Jamaa El Fna Square, which has a completely different vibe than at night.
Evenings are free to practice your haggling talents in the souk or discover the Medina’s hidden beauties. You will be staying in the riad.
DAY 8 : MARRAKECH – AIRPORT

We then met at the agreed-upon spot. We will begin our journey in the southeast, travelling over the High Atlas via the Tizi N’tichka , seeing Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, and stopping for lunch in a local restaurant. We will next travel the Atlas Mountains , pausing to admire the scenery and visit Berber settlements. Later, we visit the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the setting for various films including Alexander, Gladiator, and Babel. In the afternoon, we’ll go to Ouarzazate, known as “Africa’s Hollywood,” where we’ll stop for photographs at Atlas, Africa’s second-largest studio.Spend the night in Ouarzazate after supper.
DAY 2 : OUARZAZATE – KELAAT M’GOUNA – DADES VALLEY
After breakfast, we will travel to Boumalne Dades via Skoura to visit the Kasbah of Amridelle, then to the capital of roses for a rest and a coffee, then take the road to the Bedouin families who live in the caves for a cup of mint tea and lunch in a local restaurant before continuing our journey to Dades Valley for dinner and overnight.
DAY 3 : DADES VALLEY – TODRA GORGE – TINEJDAD – ERFOUD – MERZOUGA DESERT
After breakfast, we’ll travel to Erg-Chebbi through Tineghir, the historic Moroccan berber jewesh capital, and the Todra Gorge, with multiple pauses for panoramic views along the route. After that, we’ll head to Touroug for lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll head to the Erg Chebbi desert, passing via Erfoud, the world’s fossil capital, and Rissani before arriving at the fascinating Erg Chebbi dunes Merzouga. Proceed to the hotel where you will spend the night.
DAY 4 : MERZOUGA – HASSI LABIED – KHAMLIA – NOMAD FAMILY – TOUR IN DESERT
After breakfast, we will head to the village of Khamlia, home of the Berbers, to enjoy their great music, then to a Bedouin family to learn about their life and enjoy a cup of tea, stopping for lunch under the shade of a desert tree. We will return to the hotel in the afternoon for a cup of tea and a rest before the camel trek to the camp, where we will see the amazing sunset and then ski from the top of the next dune to the mountain. Spend the night in camp beneath a star-lit sky, listening to Berber music.
DAY 5 : ERG CHEBBI – ZIZ VALLEY – MIDELT – AZROU – IFRANE – FES
After breakfast, get up early to watch the sunrise from the top of the sand dunes. You’ll ride your camel back to the hotel, and we’ll travel to Fez via Erfoud, the city of fossils and dates, where we’ll visit a local fossil craft studio before crossing the High and Middle Atlas Mountains and having lunch in Midelt. We will continue our trip to Moroccan Switzerland in the afternoon, passing through the cedar forest and watching the monkies. Arrive in Fez and escort you to your accommodation.

DAY 1 : MARRAKECH – OUARZAZATE – DADES VALLEY
After we have met at the agreed-upon place, we will begin our journey to the southeast over the High Atlas through Tizi-n-Tichka pass, with a far-reaching perspective from the mountains, traveling to the historic High Atlas Berber towns. Then we’ll visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you’ll have lunch at one of the Kasbah eateries. Then we’ll head to Dades Valley, where we’ll spend the night in a hotel or riad.
DAY 2 : DADES GORGE – TENGHIR – TAFILALET – MERZOUGA.
After breakfast, we’ll depart Merzouga for Erg Chebbi. There are various Berber settlements along the road. We’ll go via Todra Gorges, Tenghir, Tinjdad, and Erfoud, stopping in Tafilalet. Then we’ll continue driving to Merzouga, where you’ll pack a compact backpack with only what you’ll need for the night in the desert and leave the rest at the hotel. Following that, we’ll embark on a camel journey over the Erg Chebbi dunes. This is an excellent opportunity to shoot the dawn and sunset. We’ll walk to the tallest dunes for sandboarding and then watch the sunset from the camp.We’ll spend the night in camp tents, listening to drumming music.
DAY 3 : MERZOUGA – RISSANI – MIDELT – AZROU – IFRANE – FES.
While you have breakfast, our driver will wake you up early in the morning to see the sunrise from the top of Erg Chebbi’s dunes. After these magnificent moments, you will ride your camel back to the hotel and have a shower. You’ll travel to Errachidia through Erfoud, Aoufous, and the Ziz Valley, stopping at the Aoufous oasis in the Tafilalte region. We proceed to Midelt, passing across the TiziN’talghamt Pass and pausing for lunch. After lunch, you’ll be driven to Fes (the medieval city), passing through the Cedar forest between Azrou and the Middle Atlas mountain range, where you could observe Barbary monkeys (monkies). You might want to stop at Ifrane before continuing on to Fes.You will be dropped off in Fes.
